Features

GCK (equivalent or superior to GCL in functionality) low-voltage withdrawable Switchgear (hereinafter rferred to as "switchgear") is suitable for rated operating voltage of 380V, three-phase four-wire, and three-phase five-wire AC systems.

GCK (equivalent or superior to GCL in functionality) low-voltage withdrawable Switchgear (hereinafter rferred to as “switchgear”) is suitable for rated operating voltage of 380V, three-phase four-wire, and three-phase five-wire AC systems. It is used in power systems such as power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and high-rise buildings for power distribution, feeding, reactive power compensation,electric energy metering, lighting, and centralized control of motors.

This product complies with GB7251.12-2013 “Low-voltage Switchgear and control equipment,” JB/T9661 “Low-voltage withdrawable switchgear,” and IEC60349 “Low-voltage Switchgear and control equipment” standards.

Ambient Condition
Altitude: 2500m and below.
Ambient Temperature: -15°C to +40°C, with a daily average temperature not exceeding +35°C.
Relative Humidity: Not exceeding 50% at +40°C; at lower temperatures, higher relative humidity is allowed, and occasional condensation may occur, such as 90% at +20°C.
Suitable for locations without fire, explosion hazards, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, and intense vibration. Inclination with a vertical surface should not exceed 5°.
Applicable for transportation and storage processes at temperatures ranging from -25°C to +55°C, with a short time (not exceeding 24 hours) not exceeding +70°C. If the above conditions cannot be met, the user should negotiate a solution with the company when placing an order.

1. Main circuit scheme number, purpose, single-line system diagram, arrangement diagram, and layout plan of the distribution room.
2. Auiliary circuit wiring diagram, terminal arrangement diagram.
3. Model, specifications, and quantity of electrical components inside the switchgear.
4. Requirements for control, measurement, and protection functions of the switchgear, as well as other interlocking and automatic devices.
5. If busbar bridging connections are needed between switchgear or incoming cabinets, provide specific requirements such as the rated current, span, height above ground, etc.
6. Specify types and quantities of accessories and spare parts.
7. If the switchgear is used in special environmental conditions, provide detailed information when placing the order.
