The GGD type low voltage fixed Switchgear is suitable for power users such as power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, etc. It is used in distribution systems with AC frequency of 50Hz, rated operational voltage of 380V, and rated current up to 6300A. This switchgear serves the purpose of power conversion, distribution, and control for equipment related to power, lighting, and distribution. The product has high breaking capacity, a flexible scheme, convenient combination, practicality, and a novel structure.
It is one of the representative products of assembled and fixed panel switch cabinets in China.
This product complies with standards such as GB7251.12-2013 “Low- voltage Switchgear and control equipment” and IEC60349 “Low- voltage Switchgear and control equipment.”
Ambient Condition
Ambient Temperature: -50°C to +40°C, with an average temperature not exceeding + 36°C within 24 hours.
Altitude: Not exceeding 2500m.
Relative Humidity: Not exceeding 50% when the surrounding air temperature is +40°C.
At lower temperatures, higher relative humidity is permissible (e.g., 90% at +20°C). Consideration is given to the allowance of moderate condensation due to temperature changes. The inclination with the vertical plane should not exceed 5°.
The equipment should be installed in places without severe vibration, impact, or corrosion. Note: If the above conditions cannot be met, users with special requirements can negotiate solutions with the company.
Ordering Information (Specify when placing an order)1. Main circuit scheme number, purpose, single-line system diagram, arrangement diagram, and layout plan of the distribution room.
2. Auxiliary circuit wiring diagram, terminal arrangement diagram.
3. Model, specifications, and quantity of electrical components inside the switchgear.
4. Requirements for control, measurement, and protection functions of the switchgear, as well as other interlocking and automatic devices.
5. If busbar bridging connections are needed between switchgear or incoming cabinets, provide specific requirements such as the rated current, span, height above ground, etc.
6. Specify types and quantities of accessories and spare parts.
7. If the switchgear is used in special environmental conditions, provide detailed information when placing the order.
a. GGD cabinets mainly use domestially mass-produced electrical components, such as DW17, D220, DW15, etc. For the cabinet frame circuit breaker, options include DW45, CW1, AE, M, F, and for molded case circuit breakers, options include D2253, TM30,
NS, etc.
b. The HD13BX and HS13BX types of rotary-operated knife switches are specially designed components to meet the unique structure requirements of GGD cabinets. They change the operating mode of the mechanism while retaining the advantages of older products, representing a practical and innovative type of electrical component.
C. If the design department chooses new electrical components with better performance and more advanced technology according to user needs, it generally won’t cause manufacturing and installation difficulties for GGD cabinets due to their good installation flexibility.
d. To further improve the dynamic stability of the circuit, GGD cabinets use special ZMJ-type composite busbar clamps and insulating supports. The busbar clamps are made of high-strength, flame-retardant PPO composite material, which is thermoplastic molded. The insulating support is a sleeve-type molded structure, with low cost, high strength, solving the defect of insufficient creepage distance in previous products.
