KYN6 1-40.50 Removable AC Metal-clad switchgear (hereinafter referred to as “switchgear”) is characterized by the configuration of ZN85-40.5, VD4, VB2 fully-insulated vacuum circuit breakers, and spring operating mechanisms inside the cabinet. The cabinet is
assembled with aluminum-zinc plates, improving the precision of the trolley’s coordination with the cabinet. The trolley movement is convenient, and there is strong interchangeability. The appearance is aesthetically pleasing. The solution is comprehensive, and the usage is safe and reliable.
This product is used in 35kV three-phase AC 50Hz power systems, serving as a distribution room for receiving and distributing electrical energy in power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises. It has control, protection, and monitoring functions.
This product complies with GB3906 “3~35kV AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear,” IEC60694&GB/T11022 “The Common Technical clauses of High-Voltage Switchgear and controlgear Standard,” DL/T404 “Technical Specifications for Ordering AC High-Voltage Switchgear,” and IEC62271-200 “1~52kV AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear and controlgear standard.”

2. Auxiliary circuit wiring diagram, terminal arrangement diagram.
3. Model, specifications, and quantity of electrical components inside the switchgear.
4. Requirements for the control, measurement, and protection functions of the switchgear, as well as other requirements for closing and automatic devices.
5. If busbar bridging is required between switchgears or incoming cabinets, the rated current, span, height above ground, and other specific requirements of the busbar bridge should be provided.
6. If accessories or spare parts are needed, the type and quantity should be specified.
