Features

VSP5-12 imported Toshiba technology and was fully localized. Subsequently, it underwent capacity expansion design, surpassing Japanese technology, and expanded the open-close short-circuit breaking current to 20kA. It uses vacuum arc extinguishing and SF6 gas insulation.

There is also an isolation gap connected in series with the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber inside the switch, ensuring better arc extinguishing and withstand voltage performance. The mechanism ensures the action sequence between the isolation gap and the arc extinguishing chamber: the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber disconnects first, followed by the isolation gap. High safety: Both arc extinguishing and insulation media are oil-free. An explosion-proof device is installed at the top of the box, ensuring that even in the event of an internal fault, there will be no leakage of high-temperature gas or splashing of particles exceeding 10mm. Maintenance-free: The main circuit and operating mechanism of the switch are sealed in the SF6 gas-filled box, unaffected by environmental conditions, making it maintenance-free.
