The XGN68-12 indoor AC Prefabricated metal-clad switchgear (referred to as the switchgear) is a new type of compact indoor power distribution equipment. The switchgear employs ZN10-12 vacuum circuit breakers and FZN58-12 vacuum load switches, both utilizing vacuum arc- extinguishing chamber epoxy resin solid-sealed technology. It features an aesthetically pleasing appearance, excellent insulation performance, and convenient operation.
The cabinet adopts a patented design of a rotary fuse structure, allowing for a pull-out type fuse replacement, making it exceptionally convenient. The XGN68-12 switchgear has the smallest dimensions among air-insulated cabinets, meeting environmental requirements for urban users and residential areas. It occupies the least amount of space, making the XGN68-12 switchgear the most ideal choice.
Ambient Condition
The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40 C and not lower than -25 0C.
Relative humidity at its highest: daily average not exceeding 95%,monthly average not exceeding 90%.
The air should be clean, free from corrosive or flammable gases, and no obvious pollution such as water vapor.
No severe contamination and frequent severe vibrations; the vertical installation inclination should not exceed 5 degrees. Altitude does not exceed 2000m.
When used beyond the specified normal environmental conditions, consultation is required between the user and the manufacturer.
Main Specification
The XGN68-12 series products are categorized into load switchgear, circuit breaker cabinet, and load switch-fuse combination electrical cabinet based on the type of installed main switchgear equipment. They are classified into two operating modes: manual spring energy storage operation and electric operation, based on the operating mechanism’s method of operation.
This product uses a three-phase vacuum body with a longitudinally arranged, air-insulated design, with a cabinet width of only 500mm, significantly reducing the overall volume of the switchgear. It employs a patented design with a rotating drawer-type fuse structure, providing visible isolation contacts. Additionally, the fixed fuse structure “drawer” can be pulled out for safe and convenient fuse replacement. The switchgear is equipped with FZ(R)N58-12 vacuum load switch fuse combination electrical appliances. The switch’s three phases use a vacuum arc-extinguishing, epoxy resin pole-sealed structure, which is compact, lightweight, easy to operate, and reliable. The fuse adopts a striker-type structure with single-phase short-circuit three-phase interlocking and trip-free function. The entire set of products is both economical and safe.
