The ZBWF口- 40.5/0.69 series prefabricated substation (hereinafter referred to as the substation) for wind power generation is a specialized device that elevates the voltage generated by wind turbine units from 0.6~0.69kV to 35kV and outputs it to the grid. This product is a new development by our company to meet the requirements of large single-unit capacity and high protection in offshore wind farms.

Altitude not exceeding 1000m.
Ambient temperature: -45°C to +45°C.
Relative humidity: Daily average not exceeding 95%, monthly average not exceeding 90%.

Installation location: No fire, explosion hazards, conductive dust, chemically corrosive gases, and severe vibration. If conditions exceed these, users can negotiate with our company.

1. Integrated high-voltage switchgear, transformer, and low-voltage switchgear; strong system integration; low loss, low noise, superior performance; anti-theft structure for the enclosure.
2. Perfect high and low voltage protection, safe and reliable operation, simple maintenance; flexible connection schemes.
3. High voltage generally uses a combination of load switches and fuses for electrical protection. After one phase of the fuse blows, the three phases are interlocked for tripping. The load switch has various types, such as vacuum and sulfur hexafluoride, and can be equipped with electric operating mechanisms for automation upgrades. The high-voltage fuse is a current-limiting fuse with an impact device, reliable action, and large breaking capacity. Vacuum load switches are recommended for high-voltage load switches. The spring operating mechanism uses AC220V operation and can be equipped with a substation protection device, light and heavy gas interfaces, and an on-load tap changer. The combination appliance’s vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber has a reliable mechanical interlock between the isolating knife switch, grounding knife switch, and only when the vacuum arc- extinguishing chamber is in the open state can the isolating knife switch and grounding knife switch be operated. The isolating knife switch and grounding knife switch are interlocked. The tripping device for the fuse is three-pole interlocked, and the fuse used is a striker-type fuse. The impact device can directly trip the load switch to ensure a quick fault clearance.
4. The main switch on the low-voltage side uses a universal or intelligent circuit breaker with selective protection.
5. Uses low-loss, oil-immersed, fully sealed 59, S10, S11 series transformers, or environmentally friendly dry-type transformers with resin insulation or NOMEX paper insulation. They are equipped with a small car at the bottom, facilitating easy movement of the transformer.
6. The enclosure material uses a non-metallic environmentally friendly enclosure, corrosion-resistant, and salt spray resistant. Composite panels or stainless steel panels can also be selected.
7. The substation can be equipped with an operating corridor on the high and low voltage sides according to user requirements
