The ZGSD-F/35 series American-style wind power generation Prefabricated substation (hereinafter referred to as the Prefabricated substation) is a specialized device that elevates the voltage generated by wind turbines from 0.6~0.69kV to 35kV and outputs it to the grid.

The ZGSD-F/35 series American-style wind power generation Prefabricated substation (hereinafter referred to as the Prefabricated substation) is a specialized device that elevates the voltage generated by wind turbines from 0.6~0.69kV to 35kV and outputs it to the grid. Different from traditional Prefabricated substations, it seals high-voltage load switches, fuses,  high-voltage components, transformer bodies, and excitation tap switches in the same oil chamber, resulting in a compact structure. Low-voltage side allows flexible installation of switchgear. This product is applied in various wind power generation locations and is the best supporting product for wind power generation systems.

Ambient Condition
Cooling conditions: Air self-cooling.
Operating environment:
Outdoor ambient temperature not higher than 40°C, not lower than -45°C Altitude not exceeding 2000m.
Monthly average temperature not exceeding 30°C, annual average temperature not exceeding 20°C.
Air relative humidity not exceeding 95% at 25°C, monthly average not exceeding 90%.
Horizontal acceleration not exceeding 0.3g, vertical acceleration not exceeding 0.15g.
Installation environment should be free from obvious contamination, explosive, corrosive gases, and dust. The installation site should have no severe vibration and shock, requiring installation on a cement platform or other flat and solid platform. Note: For
conditions exceeding the specified technical requirements, users should negotiate solutions with the company.

Foundation Construction
The combined transformer should be installed on a horizontal concrete platform that can withstand its weight. Since most of the weight of the combined transformer is concentrated in the rear of the box containing the transformer body, and the front cabinet is mostly empty, the weight is relatively light. Therefore, the rear part of the platform should be strong enough to bear the weight of the combined transformer. At the same time, the front and rear platforms should be flat (generally, if it is difficult to achieve flatness, the foundation of the front cabinet can be slightly lower than the foundation of the rear transformer body, and concrete can be used to close it after positioning). This ensures the stable installation of the combined transformer.
